6 - Availability of products
The offers contained in this site will be valid as long as the products listed remain online.

7 - Prices - Invoice
Prices are expressed in Euros.
The price guaranteed to the buyer is the one published on the site at the time of shipment.
The purchase price established is fixed and definitive. It does not include delivery costs invoiced separately, which will be indicated in the order confirmation.
For a delivery in the European Union, the prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. They are therefore indicated including VAT.
No other customs duties or VAT will be payable for a delivery within the European Union. Any change in the applicable rate may affect the sale price of the products in the catalogue.
For a delivery outside the European Union, the customer will have to pay the customs duties or other taxes relating to the importation of the products into the country where the delivery will be made.
The related formalities are exclusively the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated. The customer is solely responsible for verifying the possibility to import the products ordered in the country where they will be delivered.
An invoice will be issued by Corsi Design Factory. The customer must specify the address for sending the invoice.

8 - Payment
The payment of the amount is due from the moment of the order.
The customer undertakes to pay the price agreed for the product ordered on the site (price of the products and transport) as well as to pay, if necessary, directly to the courier or carrier, customs duties, VAT or other taxes relating to the importation of products into the countries where the delivery will take place.
The customer settles the order:
- by credit card as proposed on the site via Stripe.
The customer guarantees to Corsi Design Factory that he has the necessary authorisations to use the card payment method when ordering.
- or by bank transfer to Corsi Design Factory.
In case of non-receipt by Corsi Design Factory of the transfer within 10 days following the confirmation of the order, Corsi Design Factory reserves the right to cancel the order. Bank details are provided when ordering.
- or via Paypal.

The customer guarantees to Corsi Design Factory that he has the necessary authorisations to use the Paypal payment method when ordering.

9 - Failure to pay - Retention of title
The products ordered remain the property of Corsi Design Factory until fully paid of their price. Corsi Design Factory reserves the right to claim the ordered products in case of non-payment.
In this case and at the request of Corsi Design Factory, the customer undertakes to return at their own expenses any unpaid product.

10 - Transfer of risks
The transfer of risks takes place upon delivery of the product to the address indicated by the customer.
During the withdrawal period mentioned in Article 15, the customer is responsible for the object as its custodian. In case of damage or destruction of the product while in the customer's custody, the latter will suffer all the consequences.

11 - Execution of the order
The order will be executed within the terms specified on the site and upon acceptance of the order by Corsi Design Factory and in any case within 30 days following the confirmation of the order subject to the availability of the ordered product and unless specifically agreed between the parties.
In the event of stock depletion or unavailability of the ordered product, Corsi Design Factory undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to specify a deadline for availability. The customer will confirm his choice by e-mail, i.e. wait for the availability of the product or request a refund.

12 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the product is handed over to the carrier.
The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery of the product will constitute proof of the transport and release of the goods.
Upon delivery, the customer will have to check the content, conformity and condition of the product(s).
In the event of delays, breakdowns, total or partial losses or other problems, the customer has the right to appeal to the carrier without Corsi Design Factory ever being made liable for the damages caused.
Therefore, upon delivery, Corsi Design Factory recommends the customer to check the condition of the delivered products before signing the acknowledgment of receipt of the package.
If the customer should discover anomalies, they must refuse delivery of the products or put his reservations in writing, detailed and dated. These reserves must be confirmed to the carrier by registered mail with return receipt within three (3) working days following the delivery of the products. A copy must be sent to Corsi Design Factory.

13 - Force majeure
They are explicitly considered as cases of force majeure, in addition to those normally considered by the jurisprudence of the Italian courts and tribunals,
- total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, blockage of means of transport or supply for any reason, governmental or legal restrictions, computer breakdowns, blockage of telecommunications including networks and in particular the internet.
In the event of force majeure, the execution of the order will be suspended, initially, in full law.
If after a period of three (3) months, the parties assess the persistence of the case of force majeure, the order will be automatically cancelled, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

14 - Withdrawal of products in case of absence of the customer
In the event of the recipient's absence during delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of passage at the delivery address indicated by the customer. The products must be collected at the address and in the manner indicated by the carrier.
In case of non-collection within the deadline established by the carrier, the products will be returned to Corsi Design Factory which reserves the right to refund the price of the products, leaving the shipping costs to be paid by the customer.

15 - Complaints
Claims for non-compliance of the product(s) delivered with the order must be sent in writing directly to Corsi Design Factory, immediately after receipt.
In the event of an error inherent in the product, the customer undertakes to return said product or products concerned to Corsi Design Factory within 7 days of receipt, provided that they are returned with the sealed package, in their original condition and packaging with the accompanying documents. Once the product has been received in the correct form and manner, Corsi Design Factory will return the initially ordered product at its own expense.

16 - Right of withdrawal
16.1  Corsi Design Factory considers that all customers who are not satisfied with the products ordered must have the right of withdrawal, without penalties and in the best conditions.
The legal period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer if the information obligations have been met.
If this term expires on a Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday or non-working day, it will be extended until the first following working day.
The customer who will return the product in exercising his right of withdrawal has the right to a refund of the price of the product/s ordered and the shipping costs for the outward journey. On a proposal from Corsi Design Factory, the customer who has exercised the right of withdrawal can nevertheless opt for an exchange or a credit note.
16.2.  The right of withdrawal can be exercised without the need to give reasons.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days of receipt at our warehouse of the returned product and according to the type of payment used for the order.
To facilitate the execution of the customer’s request and to speed up the refund times, we recommend that the customer sends us the return slip with all the requested information.

Products must be returned to the following address:
Corsi Design Factory srl
Via Rossi 43 Int.6
21020 Barasso (VA)
ITALY

The shipping costs for returning the product are charged to the customer, except in the case of non-compliance or hidden defects present in the product.
16.3. In case of use of the right of withdrawal for only a part of the order, only the price of the returned products will be refunded.

17 - Warranty

In order to avoid any inconvenience, the products are checked by Corsi Design Factory before being shipped. However, the customer benefits from a contractual guarantee against any defect that the product could present for a period of 3 months from delivery, provided that it has been used normally and in compliance with the recommendations set out in the documents attached to the products and in the relative instruction/care notes.
Finally, some products have a warranty extension. In these cases, the methods and duration of the guarantee are specified in the guarantee certificate delivered with the product. The latter does not cover damage, breakage or malfunctions due to failure to observe the precautions for use.
To activate the guarantee, the customer returns the product to Corsi Design Factory at his own expense, attaching the original invoice.
The product will be exchanged for a similar product of the same price and sent to the customer at the expense of Corsi Design Factory.
It is understood that the purchaser - if a consumer - will in any case have the right to be granted the warranty rights due to him under the Italian legislation in compliance with the sale of consumer goods referred to in the Consumer Code.

18 - Personal information
The nominative information requested from the customer is indispensable for the processing and delivery of orders, the creation of invoices and any warranty contracts. For this purpose, this information may be communicated to the contractual partners of Corsi Design Factory.
The customer can oppose such communication and make use of the right of access, modification, rectification and cancellation of data concerning him by contacting

19 - Electronic signature
The "validation click" constitutes an electronic signature having the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.

20 - Evidence documents
The computer records, stored in Corsi Design Factory computer systems in reasonable security conditions, will be considered proof of the exchange of communication, orders and payments made between the parties.

21 - Intellectual property
Corsi Design Factory owns the intellectual property rights of the site and the right to advertise the elements contained in the catalogues of the online store and, in particular, the photographs for which it has obtained the necessary authorisations from the persons involved.
Consequently, the partial or total reproduction, on any type of support, of the elements that make up the site and the catalogues, their use as well as their transfer to third parties are formally prohibited.

22 - Integrity of the contract
These general sale conditions constitute the entirety of the obligations of the parties.
No other general or particular condition communicated by the customer will be able to  be considered and constitute a derogation to these general conditions.

23 - Failure to rejection
Not asserting a failure on the part of the customer in respect to any of their obligations cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the obligation in question and of the possibility of asserting this failure at a later time.

24 - Invalidity
Should one or more provisions of these general conditions be considered invalid or declared as such in application of a law, or regulation or following a definitive decision taken by a competent jurisdiction, the other provisions will retain all their force and their value.

25 - Litigation
This contract is governed by the Italian law, both in the substantive provisions and in the formal provisions.
In the event of a litigation and in the absence of a friendly agreement reached between the parties, the formal jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of the final consumer.
